What we believe
Within every person exists a sacred vibration — a quiet inner sound that guides toward calm.

Intimate spaces of rest and regulation, held through quartz bowls, gong, and presence.

Group sound healing

Open ceremonial sessions in Miami — you arrive, lie down, and let the sound do its work.

Cacao ceremonies

Private group ceremonies

A session held for your own circle — a team, a celebration, a gathering of friends.

One-on-one sessions

Personal work with sound, conscious breathwork, and the body's own quiet points — in person or virtual, shaped around what your nervous system is asking for.

Karina & Juan

Founder · Sound therapist

Karina Ríos

Karina came to sound therapy after more than 27 years accompanying women through processes of transformation. Certified by the Instituto de Sonoterapia Española under the guidance of Mariela Ortiz, she holds spaces where sound becomes gentle medicine and presence becomes a bridge toward healing.

Juan Saer

Ask Juan what he does and the answer is direct: nervous system regulation. People feel safe around him — and a nervous system that reads safety begins to open. What people share in that openness, he keeps. A father and a gentle guardian by temperament, he's certified in the Chivuday-Hai method under Mariela Ortiz, and works with sound, conscious breathwork, and the body's quiet points. He gives himself fully through the deep sound of his gongs.

Together they hold a dance between the feminine and the masculine that doesn't settle on one side — at times one opens what the other cradles, at times one guides while the other holds. One sustained listening, held by two bodies.

The work is nervous system regulation. Deep, sustained sound gives the body a signal it rarely receives: nothing is asked of you here. When the system reads safety, it stands down — and what was held begins to open.
